We have checked the eBox behavior you describe regarding antenna names. We can confirm that this is the device's normal behavior. But this is not a software bug or hardware malfunction; it is a functionality defined by the hardware. Moreover, this behavior is the same when you use any ACOM solid-state amplifier (models 500S, 600S, 700S, and 1200S) in combination with the ACOM tuner and eBox.

We understand that this can be unpleasant for you and not so comfortable to use. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

If you are not satisfied with your eBox, please get in touch with your local dealer to take appropriate action as outlined in your sales contract.
